두단섬은 평양시 락랑구역 두단동에 위치한 섬이다.
대동강 왼쪽 기슭에 치우쳐져 있으며, 섬의 면적은 3km²이다. 토질이 좋아 농산물 재배에 유리하며, 채소생산지로 사용되어진다.
