DNEG 는 영국에서 설립된 시각효과 및 애니메이션 제작 기업이다. 영화, 텔레비전, 스트리밍 콘텐츠, 애니메이션 등을 대상으로 시각효과, 애니메이션, 아트 및 제작 기술 서비스를 제공한다. 1998년 영국 런던에서 설립된 Double Negative 를 전신으로 하며, 2014년 인도의 미디어 기업 프라임 포커스와 Double Negative의 결합을 거쳐 현재의 DNEG로 발전하였다.크리스토퍼 놀란 , 드니 빌뇌브 , 봉준호 등의 영화감독들과 장기간 협력해 왔으며, 《인셉션 》, 《인터스텔라 》, 《블레이드 러너 2049 》, 《퍼스트 맨 》, 《테넷 》, 《듄 실사영화 시리즈 》 등의 작품에서 시각효과를 담당했다. 2025년 기준 아카데미 시각효과상 을 총 8회 수상했다.2. 주요 작품크리스토퍼 놀란과의 인연이 굉장히 깊다. 《인셉션 》, 《인터스텔라 》, 《덩케르크 》, 《테넷 》, 《오펜하이머 》, 《오디세이 》등 놀란의 주요 작품 상당수에 참여했으며, 특히 《인터스텔라》의 블랙홀 시각화로 기술력을 세계적으로 각인시켰다. 회사의 역사 때문에 아직도 업계나 자료에서 “Double Negative”, “DNeg”, “DNEG”가 혼용되는 경우가 있다. 특히 오래된 영화의 크레딧을 보면 Double Negative 명칭을 쉽게 찾을 수 있다.
