실질적인 인기를 체감할 수 있는 스포티파이 스트리밍은 3억을 돌파하며, 마일리 본인의 전체 커리어 중 16위를 기록 중이다. 번외작 EP 싱글로서는 나름 괜찮은 기록.

여성의 몸과 자유를 주제로, 강렬한 장르와 난해한 구성을 통해 마일리 본인만의 음악색을 드러냈으며, 8월 공개된 Wuki 리믹스는 67회 그래미 어워드 최우수 리믹스 레코딩 부문에 노미네이트 되는 등 평단의 호평을 받았다.

자신의 어머니인 티쉬 핀리[2]가 자신에게 해준 말에서 영감을 받아 노래를 만들었다고 한다. 그래서인지 티쉬는 노래의 뮤직비디오에도 출연했다.

2019년 5월 31일 EP SHE IS COMING이 예고 없이 발매된 뒤 일주일이 지난 6월 7일 싱글로 공개되었다. 뮤직비디오는 그보다도 훨씬 뒤인 7월 공개되는 등 홍보 과정이 일반적이지 않았다. 심지어 노래를 발매한 지 고작 일주일 뒤 블랙 미러의 사운드트랙인 On A Roll도 싱글로 발매했다.

리암 헴스워스와 이혼하기 전, 마지막으로 발매된 싱글이다.
