'Greatest Hits: My Prerogative'에 수록된 총 세 개의 신곡 중 하나로,[1] 바비 브라운의 원곡을 커버한 것이다. 편곡은 Toxic을 담당했던 'Bloodshy & Avant'가 맡았다. 노래의 가사는 원곡에서 크게 변하지 않았지만, 여성 화자에 맞게 조금 씩 수정되었다.

당시 브리트니는 무릎 부상이 있었고, 케빈 페더라인과의 약혼 및 결혼으로 바쁠 때여서 곡 홍보가 활발히 이루어지지 못했다. 그럼에도 빌보드 차트 버블링 언더에 진입했고, 영국 싱글 차트에선 3위까지 올랐다. 이탈리아 등의 국가에선 1위를 기록하기도 했다.

당시 브리트니는 'Outrageous'의 뮤직비디오를 촬영하다가 다리가 다친 상태였어서, 잘 보면 다리를 움직이는 안무가 없다. 그럼에도 상체를 위주로 움직이고 클로즈업을 넣는 등 촬영을 굉장히 잘해서 부상 티가 전혀 나지 않는다.

브리트니의 다른 뮤직비디오와 마찬가지로 유튜브에서 내려갔다가 재업로드되었다.
