3. 필모그래피2020년 1월 14일 라이브네이션코리아 주최로, 서울 홍대 무브홀에서 첫 내한 공연 '1st Live in Seoul - THE INTIMATE AF TOUR' 이 진행되었다. 'Love Me Less', 'Lights Down Low', 'Gibberish', 'Checklist' 등 잘 알려진 곡들 포함, 앵콜까지 총 15곡을 불렀다. 워낙 공연장이 작은 편이라 수용인원이 그렇게 많지는 않았지만 그만큼 가까워 열기가 더 대단했다. 맥스도 열띤 호응을 느꼈는지 공연 내내 에너지가 넘쳤고 감격한 듯한 멘트를 수차례 했다. 공연이 끝나고, 한국이 최고였다는 말과 함께 인스타에 글을 남겼다. 링크 브리검 영 대학교 의 스포츠 팀인 BYU 쿠거스 에서 여자 배구 선수로 활약한 에밀리 캐넌(Emily Cannon)과 2016년에 결혼하여 유부남이 되었다.방탄소년단 의 멤버 슈가 와의 인연으로 서로의 음반에 참여하였다. 맥스는 슈가의 믹스 테이프 수록곡인 Burn It 에, 슈가는 맥스의 앨범 수록곡인 Blueberry Eyes 에 피처링해준 것. 슈가와의 만남 함께 농구 관람 Colour Vision 앨범 준비 도중 아내의 임신 소식을 알게 됐고 'Blueberry Eyes' 뮤직비디오에 아내와 함께 출연했다. 영상 슈가 파트를 혼인 서약서로 썼다고 하며 이를 위해 벌스 부분 한국어도 배웠다고 언급했다. # 9월 17일 아내와 함께 벌스 부분 부르는 영상을 올렸다. # 11월 12일 스티브 아오키 Remix 버전이 나왔다. 영상 리그 오브 레전드 2020 월드 챔피언십 공식 주제가 Take Over 에 참여했다.경쾌한 R&B 가수로 아는 사람이 많은데, Light down low를 들어보면 저음의 허스키한 발라드도 부르고, Take over에서는 알터네티브 락에 비슷한 장르도 소화해냈다. 스펙트럼 자체가 꽤나 넓은 편. 2020년 12월 6일 SNS를 통해 득녀했음을 알렸다. 최근에는 Party Pupils, Oliver Heldens 랑 Set Me Free라는 하우스 장르의 노래를 발매했다.
