1. 개요
475번 국도 도카이환상자동차도(도카이환상, C3)의 나들목(17번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 소재지 요로초의 명칭에서 유래하였다. 2024년 4월 10일부로 통행권 발권 및 현금수납 업무를 중단하여 ETC 전용 IC로 전환되었다.요로초를 위한 나들목이라고는 하지만 요로초 중심부에서는 멀리 떨어진 나들목이다. 이러한 상황 때문에 요로SA에 병설된 스마트 나들목이 요로초 중심부와 가까운 접속점 역할을 수행하며, 본 나들목은 요로역 부근 접속 기능과 2026년 기준 이나베IC까지 기후현과 미에현 경계 구간만이 미개통으로 남은 상황에서 잔여 구간을 연계해주는 258번 국도[1]를 위해 설치된 것에 가까운 형태를 취하고 있다.
트럼펫형 나들목이 예정되어 있으나, 공사 중이며 잠정 종점의 형태로 그대로 본선을 램프부로 꺾은 형태를 취하고 있다. 외부 접속부는 평면교차로(삼거리)이며 213번 기후현도와 접속한다.
