1. 개요
마츠야마자동차도(마츠야마도, E11)의 나들목(8번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 개통 당시의 소재지명, 즉 2004년 4월 1일 시코쿠츄오시 통합 출범 이전의 도이초(土居町)에서 유래하였다. 2024년 3월 18일부로 현금차로가 폐쇄되어 ETC 전용 IC로 전환되었다.시코쿠츄오시 통합 이전의 기준으로 도이초의 동쪽 끝에 소재[1]하고 있으며, 실질적으로는 도이초와 이요미시마시 양쪽의 수요를 위해 설치된 나들목이다.
마츠야마도가 산쪽을 지나는 구간이다보니 긴 램프로 접속부가 연결되어 있다. 입체 Y자형 나들목으로, 외부 접속부는 평면교차로(사거리)다. 교차하는 도로는 11번 국도이며, 직진 방향으로는 13번 에히메현도가 이어진다.
