5.1. iOS 미지원

1. 개요

3D운전게임의 전체적인 문제점을 정리한 문서로, 이 문서에서는 2020년 4월에 출시한 3D운전게임 3.0 버전을 기준으로 서술한다.

2. 게임 내부

2.1. 물리엔진

모든 차량이 언더스티어를 내포하고 있다. 속도가 빠르지 않아도[1] 언더스티어가 100%확률로 일어난다.물론 이 언더스티어 현상이 문제인것은 맞지만, 대부분의 모바일 게임들에서도 공통적으로 발생하는 고질적인 문제이므로, 유저들이 불만을 엄청나게 토로하지는 않는 편이다.
버스등 일부 차종에서 핸들을 끝까지 돌리고 어느 페달도 밟지 않으면 속도가 증가한다. 원래는 감소되는게 정상.[2]
브레이크가 상당히 밀린다.커스터마이징 기능에서 최댓값인 50000으로 높여도 6~7km/h에서 3초정도 감속이 되지 않는다.[3]내리막길등 가속이 붙는 상황에서는 정지조차 되지 않는다.

2.2. 과도한 광고

국제공항 업데이트 이전에는 광고가 많이 나오지는 않았으나, 2021년 12월 크리스마스 업데이트 이후 유니티 광고가 나오는 것으로 보인다. [4]

광고의 내용도 선정적인 광고들이 많은 데다가 동영상 광고 특성상 어느 정도 지속 시간이 되어야 광고를 끌 수 있기 때문에 반강제적으로 광고를 다 봐야 한다. 특히 저연령층을 위주로 하는 게임인데 이렇게 광고가 많다는 것은 큰 문제이다. 플레이스토어 평점을 보면 광고 좀 없애달라는 말이 간간히 보이며 이 게임의 평점을 깎아먹는 요인이 되고 있다. [5]

최근에는 선정적 광고가 많이 차단되어 줄어드는 추세인지라 위 문제는 많이 줄어들었다, 하지만 과도한 광고는 여전하다.

초기버전에 비하면 당연히 현재가 광고가 많은게 맞으나, 2025년 기준으로 보았을때, 2021~2022년보다 광고가 현저히 줄었다.

2.2.1. 특색이 부족한 맵

3D운전게임 3.0은 이전 버전인 1.0, 2.0과는 확연히 다른 고퀄리티를 보여주지만 2.0의 가장 큰 장점이었던 넓은 맵은 따라가지 못하고 있다. 특히, 이러한 단점은 3.0 출시 초기 2.0과 크게 비교되면서 제작자도 차츰차츰 맵을 넓히겠다고 밝혔다.

2022년 7월 현재 기준으로 봤을 때는 막 출시됐던 2년 전과 비교했을 때와는 남모르게 달라지긴 했으나, 2.0보다는 작아 보인다는 느낌을 많이 받는다. 맵 전체 넓이로는 2.0과 비등하거나 오히려 더 크지만, 갈 수 있는 장소가 적기 때문에 생기는 문제. 비록 원강, 농운, 전운, 원강 공항 등 여러 볼거리를 추가하긴 했지만 이마저도 한두시간 정도만 돌아보면 맵의 지리를 다 익힐 수 있다. 이 문제는 예를 들어 운게 맵의 도로 차선을 일부 넓히거나 새롭게 추가된 운게순환고속도로 분기점에 도시를 추가하는 등 말 그대로 여러 가지 특색을 추가하면 해결될 것으로 보인다.

이 문제는 4.0(프로젝트 서울)의 등장으로 인해 사실상 사라졌다.

2.3. 고쳐지지 않는 자잘한 버그

이 문제는 2021년 하반기까지만 해도 그닥 큰 문제는 아니었다. 맵이 크게 개량되지 않은 시기였기에 버그도 쉽게 고칠 수 있었으니까. 그러나 맵이 급격하게 넓어진 2021년 말 ~ 2022년 초에 버그가 크게 증가했다. 대표적으로 NPC 버그가 있다.

3D운전교실 초기에 있었던 문제점인 NPC가 급격하게 브레이크를 밟는 버그, 어느 한 지점에서 NPC 속도가 갑자기 느려지는 버그, 갑자기 그냥 멈추는 버그 등이 현재 3D운전게임에 남아 있다.[6]

운게 기차역 인근 구간, 그리고 원강에서는 아직 개발되지 않은 맵인 벽으로 막혀있는 곳을 NPC가 길로 인식해서 벽에 부딪히고 길막을 해버리는 경우도 볼 수 있다. 그리고 원강 시내 쪽인 터미널과 공단에서는 NPC들이 유턴하는데, 여기서도 오류가 발생해서 빨리 안 지나가면 NPC가 사고나서 길막해서 못 지나가는 더욱 황당한 경우를 볼 수 있다. 그렇기에 최대한 NPC들이 오기 전에 빨리 지나가버리는게 답이 되었다.

신호등 버그도 있다. 먼저 신호등이 전부 동시신호로 취급되어 초록불만이 들어왔는데도 반대차선에는 빨간불이 들어와있는데, 신호가 바뀌는 시간이 매우 짧아 한 블록 건너면 바로 신호가 걸릴 가능성이 매우 높다. 여기에 플러스로 NPC들이 주황불 신호에 걸려버리면 정상 속도로 지나가고 있는데도 불구하고 바로 정지해버려서 추돌하는 경우가 십상이다.

데헷터널 주유소1 반대쪽 입구 삼거리 바로 위쪽 (주유소2 방향 삼거리에는 한 신호등에 신호가 서로 다른 희귀한 광경을 볼 수 있는데, 한쪽은 초록불이고 다른 한쪽은 빨간불이라 중앙버스전용차로 체험을 간접적으로 해볼 수 있다. 이 신호등 버그는 1년 넘게 안 고쳐지고 있다.

이 버그 외에도 건널목 차단기가 LTE급으로 내려와서 차단기에 차량이 잡아먹히는 등 자잘한 버그가 고쳐지지 않은 채 그대로 있다.

4.0(프로젝트 서울)로의 사실상 메인컨텐츠의 이관으로 인하여, 기존의 맵들에서 발생되는 버그들에 대한 주목도는 많이 낮아졌다, 하지만 4.0에서 마저도..[7]

2.5. 프레임, 그래픽

그래픽과 물리엔진은 3D운전게임의 큰 문제점이다. 타게임의 깔끔하고 단정한 물리엔진과 그래픽과 비교하여 3D운전게임의 그래픽과 물리엔진은 많이 부족한 수준이다. 그래픽 같은 경우는 일부 자동차의 바퀴,건물등 텍스쳐의 품질 수준이 떨어진다. 셰이더를 사용해 겉으로 보기엔 그래픽이 좋아 보이지만 npc차량,건물의 디테일이 많이 떨어진다는 점이 아쉽다. 일례로 초창기 출시한 자동차 내부와 외부의 품질이 낮다.[8][9][10]그리고 물리엔진도 차체가 심하게 흔들린다거나 오버스티어가 났을때 너무 많이 미끄러진다거나 바퀴와 차체가 따로 노는 현상을 겪을수 있다. 예를 들어 턱을 올라갈때나 벽에 부딪힐때 바퀴는 고정되어 있지만 차체는 좌우로 움직인다.[11]

일부 저사양 기기에서는 사양을 좀 높이면 렉이 걸려서 심하게 프레임 드랍이 일어나는 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 특히 멀티서버에서 이 문제가 도드라지는데, 최근에는 양호해진 듯 했으나,강남 업데이트 이후 다시 렉이 심해졌으며 튕김 문제도 다시 발생하기 시작했다. 멀티에서는 타 기기의 영향을 받는지 프레임 드랍이 장난아니게 일어나며 심지어는 5~7프레임, 심하면 3프레임, 이보다 더 심하면 1프레임, 아니 0프레임(!!!) 까지 떨어지는통에 게임 자체가 안될더러 이보다 더 심하면 게임이 튕기는 상황까지 발생한다!!![12]갤럭시 노트 20,갤럭시 S20정도면 50~60프레임을 유지한다.

개발자도 이 문제점을 인지했는지 최근 삼성의 저사양 기기인 갤럭시 A12로도 프레임 드랍 없이 게임 플레이가 무리없이 진행되게끔 해결하고 있다고 한다. 하지만 싱글 기준이며 멀티플레이 시 접속한 유저가 많을 경우 기기 발열이 심해지고 프레임 드랍이 일어나는 등 최적화가 더 필요하다. 지금은 전혀 해결이 되지 않고 있어서 문제이다.

이렇듯 구글플레이 리뷰에서도 맵 렉과 프레임 드랍문제로 불편을 겪는 유저들이 최적화 좀 해달라는 리뷰가 꽤나 있는 편이다. 허나 제작자도 지쳤는지, 리뷰 답변으로 휴대폰 사양 문제라든지, 차량이 많이 몰리면 그렇다 라든지로 답변을 하고 있어, 향후 맵 최적화 문제가 불투명하다.

3. 저연령층 유저 관련 문제

저연령층을 노린 게임 특성상 잼민이하고는 결코 뗄 수가 없는 사이이며, 3D운전교실과 함께 영원히 뗄 수 없을지도 모르는 문제점이기도 하다.[13] 3D운전교실과 마찬가지로 원하는 차량의 과도한 추가 요구, 뇌절, 욕설, 구걸 댓글, 친목질 등등등의 댓글이 많은 편이다. 그나마 이런 댓글들은 제작자가 걸러내는 중이다.

무개념 유저들에게 휘말리는 3D운전교실의 제작자와는 다르게, 이 게임의 개발자는 이 문제점에 대해 잘 인식하고 있고 이들의 행패를 최대한 억제하려고 애쓰고 있다. 무엇보다 연령층이 10대라 비슷하기도 하고 본인도 피해를 본 경험이 있기 때문. 또한 본인의 채널에서 행패를 부리는 잼민이들을 바로 채널에서 적극적으로 차단하고 댓글을 수시로 걸러내고 있으며, 이들의 행패를 아예 대놓고 풍자하는 영상을 올리기도 했다.

다만 유튜브뿐만이 아닌 구글플레이 리뷰 등지에도 무지성으로 무개념 리뷰를 다는 잼민이들이 많으니 주의하자.

2021년 말 버스 커스텀 도색 기능 추가 이후에는 카카오톡이나 유튜브 등 일부 커뮤니티에서 남이 만든 도색을 무단으로 퍼가는 이른바 도색 불펌사건이 자주 일어나고 있다.

일부 서버들에서 자신이 군필이고 성인이라며 거짓말을 치다가 진짜 군필자에게 역관광 당하는 사례가 거의 한 주에 세번꼴로 보인다.

4. 구글 서비스 문제

최근 업데이트를 통해 플레이 스토어,플레이 서비스를 설치해야만 게임 실행이 되게 바뀌었다. 이로 인해 화웨이, 일부 AOSP 등 구글에 관련된 서비스들이 필수적으로 지원되지는 않는 소프트웨어들에서는 3D운전게임을 하지 못하게 되었다는 주장이 있다.

하지만 실질적으로 화웨이나 AOSP 등의 소프트웨어를 사용하는 국내 핸드폰 자체가 거의 없고, 쓴다고 하여도 저가폰들의 비율이 매우 높아 애초부터 3D운전게임을 돌릴만한 사양들이 아닌 경우가 대부분이다.

또한 최근 3D운전게임 내 중국계 유저들의 행위들을 보면, 제재한다고 해도 충분히 이해할만하다.

5. 해결된 문제

5.1. iOS 미지원

3D운전교실과는 다르게 3D운전게임에서는 아이폰 앱스토어에 앱이 등록되지 않았기 때문에 iPhone에서는 플레이가 불가능했다. 이는 3D운전교실 초기인 2017년에도 있었던 문제점이기도 했었다.[14] 아이폰에 앱을 출시하려면 Mac이 필수로 있어야 하는데, 3D운전교실 제작자와는 달리 운전게임 제작자는 미성년자이기 때문에 금전적 문제가 크게 따라오고~~89만원짜리 Mac도 있지만 말이다~~, 스크립트 문제도 있어 여러 문제들이 복합적으로 얽혀 있기 때문에 아직까지는 아이폰에 출시하지는 않는 것으로 보였으나

최근 개발자가 유튜브 커뮤니티를 통해 아이폰 테스트에 성공했다고 밝혔다.[15]

2023년 3월 31일 드디어 iOS용 앱이 출시되었다. #

[1] 약 120km/h 내외[2] 4.0도 이러한데, 게임 엔진 자체의 버그일 가능성이 있다.[3] 심할경우 1개블럭+교차로를 정지 없이 주행한다.1개 블럭+교차로의 거리가 게임에서 비율상으로 16.2m정도이므로 상당히 밀리는 셈[4] Mintegral, Applovin 등의 다른 회사 동영상 광고는 나오는지 불명이다.[5] 와이파이와 모바일 데이터를 모두 끄고 하면 광고는 나오지 않으나 이 경우 멀티플레이가 지원되지 않는다[6] 3D운전게임에는 정지선 가까이 NPC가 정차하지 않는 버그도 있다.[7] 차량과 차량이 고속으로 부딪히면 알수없는 미지의 공간으로 떨어진다.[8] 특히 람보르기니 아벤타도르. 아예 내부가 없는 수준에 가까울 정도다.[9] lf 쏘나타,메르세데스-벤츠 C클래스의 실내가 모두 똑같다[10] 또한 전체적으로 차량의 고증이 심각한데 최근에 추가된 g90(rs4)는 실내가 한세대 전인 모델의 실내와 동일하고 램프의 그래픽에서도 전혀 다른곳에서 라이트가 들어오거나(일례로 혼다 시빅의 예를 들어보자면 후면에서 방향지시등이 들어오는 자리는 원래 차폭등이 들어오는 자리이고 원래 방향지시등 자리에는 후진등이 들어오고 있다.) 아예 순서가 바뀌는등(코나같은 경우 램프를 켜면 drl이 들어오고 하이포지션스탑램프가 상시점등으로 들어온다.)의 문제가 있다.[11] 특히 노부스가 그러하다.[12] 차량이 많이 모이면 프레임이 드랍되는 것도 맞지만 최근엔 차량이 다른 플레이어들이 한곳에 몰려있어, 본인이 멀리 떨어진곳에 혼자있어도 프레임 드랍과 렉이 발생할정도다. 맵 퀄리티가 높은 것도 문제지만 출시된지 몇 년이나 지난 기기나 사양이 낮은 기기영향탓도 크다.[13] 3D운전교실의 팬게임으로 시작된 데다가 주제가 다른 주제보다 유독 저연령층이 많이 몰리는 주제인지라 다른 채널에 비해 유독 잼민이들의 비중이 상당히 높다.[14] # 3D운전교실 제작자도 3D운전게임 제작자처럼 안드로이드 유저다.[15]
