1. 개요
16번 국도 요코하마-요코스카 도로(요코요코도로, E16)의 나들목(3번)이다. 나들목 명칭은 소재지 정명인 히노초[1](日野町)에서 유래하였다.요코하마의 간선도로 중 하나인 가마쿠라가도, 즉 21번 카나가와현도와의 접속점에 설치된 나들목이다. 1979년 12월 6일 미나미요코하마바이패스로 개통된 구간에 속한다.
부지상의 문제로 특이한 형태의 나들목으로 설치되었다. 편도 진출입형 나들목처럼 설계되었지만, 반대방향 진출입 램프도 설치되면서 U턴 램프가 두 개 설치된 형상에 가깝게 되었다. 외부 접속부는 본선 고가 밑에서 평면교차로(삼거리) 형태로 설치되어 있다.
