전남광주통합특별시 광산구 본덕동에 위치한 빛가람장성로의 나들목. 명칭은 소재지인 본덕동에서 유래했다.
- 2003년 7월: 시계~본덕간 도로 개통과 함께 개설됐다.
- 2012년 7월 11일: 본덕~임곡 간 도로 1공구(본덕IC~지평IC) 구간 개통과 함께 지금의 형태가 됐다.
